Launch of 2018 Victorian Mentoring Program

The launch event for the 2018 AALA Victorian Mentoring Program will take place immediately after the AGM in Victoria.

The AALA is pleased to announce that this year's launch will feature a keynote presentation by William Lye OAM, winner of the Barrister of the Year Award at the 2017 Australian Law Awards.

William has a Master of Laws (specialising in Intellectual Property), and a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; a Past President of the Chinese Professional and Business Association of Victoria; a Sessional Instructor at Leo Cussen Institute on Intellectual Property and Commercial & Corporate Practice; Chief Examiner and Sessional Lecturer at Monash University Law Faculty Juris Doctor degree in Contracts Law; and the Principal Representative in Australia for the World Chinese Economic Summit.

William is also Adjunct Fellow within the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre and the current National Vice President of the AALA.

The launch event is a great opportunity for mentors and mentees to get acquainted, and network with like-minded members of the AALA.

To RSVP for the launch event, please select 'RSVP (Vic)' when registering for the AGM.
