About Dr John Eun


John is a barrister at Frederick Jordan Chambers. 

He specialises in corporate and commercial disputes.  He is also highly interested in human rights, migration and legal costs matters.  He regularly represents individuals, businesses and large corporates. 

Before being called to the Bar, John was a litigation solicitor at a firm in Sydney CBD.  During that time, John represented clients in, amongst other areas, commercial, corporate, bankruptcy, costs and industrial relations matters in various courts and tribunals from the NSW Local Court to the NSW Supreme Court and the Federal (Circuit) Courts. 

John’s background as a Korean native speaker and his fluency in Japanese and German enables him to assist clients from various cultural backgrounds. 

John holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney, a Doctor of Laws (PhD) and a Master of Laws (L.LM.) degree from the University of Tübingen, Germany.  He also has a bachelor of law degree from Yonsei University, South Korea.
