The AALA Celebrates Diwali – the Festival of Lights

The AALA is celebrating Diwali, the Festival of Lights, and you’re invited!

Diwali is the biggest Hindu festival on the calendar and translates to ‘a row of lights’. The festival is about light overcoming darkness, about good overcoming evil.

So, join us as we illuminate the evening together with esteemed guests and our keynote speaker, Ms Priya Serrao, a law graduate, policy adviser for the Victorian Government and the first Indian-born Australian to be crowned Miss Universe Australia!
