In this presentation, Drew, the Founder of DKL Consulting Services, will outline key points to consider in developing a plan to grow your business and win new clients.

Drew will discuss strategies and approaches to create, develop and nurture client relationships.

Drew will discuss:

  • Working with your own personality, based on the understanding you don’t need to be a “Sales Shark” to build strong business relationships and win new clients.
  • Develop a “map” of your relationships and a plan to build value and trust into the relationship over time
  • Developing and leveraging industry and service insight to add value

Drew has almost 20 years experience in senior business development roles across various industries, including legal, IT and social media. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University (with majors in Sales and Marketing) and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Monash University.
