In our session, we will provide an overview of mixed use developments including setting out the characteristics of a mixed use development, discussing how a mixed use development is structured and working through the legal documents that underpin a mixed use development.

We will also discuss the key considerations and issues that parties should be aware of in relation to sale and leasing transactions in respect of properties that form part of a mixed use development.

This session is designed to provide a general overview of mixed use developments and raise a number of factors that parties should consider in sale and leasing transactions that relate to mixed use developments.

Who should register?

This session will be of interest to junior real estate lawyers and in-house counsel or more general practitioners who wish to learn more about mixed use developments. This session may also serve as a refresher for more senior real estate lawyers and in-house counsel.
