The ACT Branch invites you to join us for the launch of the AALA Mentoring Program for 2022. Mentors, mentees and all AALA members are welcome to attend.

Keynote Speaker: Irene Sim ACC, Managing Director, Coaching Alliance Group

There are many ideas out there about how to be a successful leader. They involve learning, often in formulaic ways, how to talk, walk, dress and act the part. But until you connect with what is at the heart of your leadership – i.e. what drives you, inspires, you, and how you want to make a difference in the world – your emotional energy will be consumed by often futile efforts to prove your worth in response to systemic bias, including by mimicking what seems to work for others. Executive Leadership Coach, Irene Sim, will share her extensive leadership experience to inspire you to step into your leadership intentionally and powerfully as your own authentic self.

This is a free event. Food and drinks will be provided.
