AALA VIC - Diwali Celebration 2023

The Victorian Branch of the AALA is delighted to invite you to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights.

Details of the event are as follows:

• Date:        Thursday 23 November 2023
• Time:        6-9 pm
• Venue:      The Black Prince Pub and Grill (45 Bourke Street)
• Cost:        $60 for members and $70 for non-members  

We are pleased to announce that the keynote speaker for the evening will be the Honourable Judge Karl Blake of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. 

Traditional cultural dress is welcomed, but not mandatory.

Diwali translates to ‘a row of lights’ and is a festival about light overcoming darkness and good overcoming evil.
