AALA NSW CY2024 PLANNING MEETING AND BRANCH MEETING
Join us for the CY2024 Planning Meeting for the NSW Branch and the first Branch Meeting for the 2024 AALA Team.
Date: Saturday, 16 December 2023
Time: Branch Meeting (1000 start), Planning Meeting (1030-1300), informal lunch (1300 onwards)
Venue: Gilchrist Connell, 6 O'Connell Street, Sydney (entry on Bligh Street near Hubert)*
*we will meet at the front of Hubert from 0955 and enter as a group

Please let Michael Tangonan know at nsw@aala.org.au no later than 18:00 Friday 8 December 2023 if you would like for any papers or agenda items to be included for this Branch Meeting. The final agenda will be sent on Wednesday 13 December 2023.
PROXIES
If you are unable to attend the Branch Meeting, you may appoint a Proxy. Forms appointing your proxy must be submitted by 18:00 Friday 16 December 2023 by email to nsw@aala.org.au or, in person before the beginning of the Branch Meeting. Download the Proxy Form.
NOMINATIONS FOR BRANCH COMMITTEE
If you wish to join the NSW Branch Committee you must complete and submit the Nomination Form to nsw@aala.org.au. Your nomination must be submitted by 18:00 Tuesday 12 December 2023.
If you wish your Nomination Form to be kept private but still would like to circulate a Candidate Statement to voters, please also submit a separate Statement (in PDF). This should be the same statement as contained in the Nomination Form.
