Sharing stories: Culturally diverse experiences in the legal system.

Lived experiences of the justice system and solutions to make the law fairer for all.

Filipino Australian Lawyers Association (FALAW) in collaboration with the Asian Australian Lawyers Association (AALA) invite you to attend a panellist discussion event, hosted by Jayr Teng, barrister, Vice President of FALAW and committee member of AALA.

The event marks the United Nation International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

Join us for an enlightening and thought-provoking event, "Sharing Stories" where we will celebrate cultural diversity and explore the lived experiences of individuals within the justice system. Through a dynamic panel discussion, our esteemed speakers will share their personal stories, challenges, and triumphs, offering valuable insights into the complexities of navigating the legal landscape from diverse perspectives. As we explore the challenges, we will also highlight solutions and initiatives aimed at promoting equity, inclusion, and fairness in law.
