Planning and goal setting can feel overwhelming. In this workshop, we will provide you with some techniques to simplify the process and work through some goal setting for the year (and beyond).
We will start with a short mindfulness exercise, calming the mind and bringing us into a focused state, ready to think about and plan for the year ahead. Feel free to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
