In light of recent global movements and evolving perspectives on DEI, the AALA is holding a panel discussion on the vital topic of defending Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. 

This panel will explore the challenges, opportunities, and strategies for maintaining and advancing DEI efforts in today's dynamic environment - both in the legal industry and in the wider corporate space. 

Our moderator will be Matt Floro, National President of the AALA. 

Our esteemed panel will be: 

- Dr Judy Tang, Commissioner at the Victorian Multicultural Commission (Vic); 

- Karla Benitez, Ministerial Multicultural Advisory Council at the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (WA); and 

- Nu Nu Win, Assistant Secretary - Structural Analysis Branch at the Commonwealth Treasury (ACT).
