The Asian Australian Lawyers Association would like to congratulate James Wang on his promotion to partner at KWM. 

It is encouraging to see greater cultural diversity in Australian law firm partners. In 2015 the AALA published its Cultural Diversity Report, which revealed that Asian Australians are underrepresented within the senior ranks of the legal profession.
