The NSW Branch of the AALA is pleased to host barrister Wilson Chan at Sydney's largest Barristers' chambers, Frederick Jordan Chambers, for a Continuing Legal Education speech in the Substantive Law stream.

Wilson Chan is a barrister at 9 Wentworth Chambers, with over 5 years' post-call experience in commercial and corporations law. In this CLE, Wilson will go into the practicalities of resisting or prosecuting winding up and bankruptcy applications, including, most importantly, the requirements for proving or disproving solvency to the satisfaction of the Court. All solicitors with any interest in commercial matters should attend.
