The NSW Branch of the AALA is pleased to host Jeffrey Choy at Level 11, 65 York Street, Sydney, for a Continuing Legal Education speech in the Substantive Law / Legal Skills / Practice Management stream.
This CLE is not about the Evidence Act but rather the process of drafting affidavits. The presentation will take place in a workshop format and revolve around the techniques to avoid common pitfalls and how to present your client’s case to the court in a succinct and effective manner. Jeffrey Choy is a solicitor advocate whose practice specialises in commercial and family litigation, he appears regularly in the courts and Tribunals in Sydney and is the principal of JCL Legal.
