The NSW Branch of the AALA is pleased to host barrister Wai Kaey Soon at Sydney's largest Barristers' chambers, Frederick Jordan Chambers, for a Continuing Legal Education speech in the Substantive Law stream.
Wai Kaey Soon is a barrister with 5 years' post-call experience in commercial, insurance, and corporations law. In this CLE, Wai Kaey will go into the provisions of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 dealing with misrepresentations made by applicants for insurance prior to entry into the insurance contract, and what insurers can do about it. All solicitors with any interest in commercial matters should attend.
