The NSW Branch of the AALA is pleased to host another CLE at Sydney's largest Barristers' chambers, Frederick Jordan Chambers, for a Continuing Legal Education session in the substantive law / practice management stream hosted by Mr Ronny Chen, Barrister.

All lawyers are encouraged to attend.

Frederick Jordan Chambers and PEXA invite you to an informative seminar on how the PEXA conveyancing system works. From 1 July 2018, most NSW conveyancing transactions (including caveats) have moved online to the PEXA system.

For litigators and those who aren’t familiar with the PEXA system, this is a good chance for you to see a demonstration of how it all works!

It is also expected that a representative from the Office of Registrar-General (ORG) will attend to answer questions!

There will be a general introduction, a demonstration of a conveyancing transaction from beginning to settlement, an overview of the legal framework and an opportunity for Q&A. It is scheduled to last for one hour, and legal practitioners will be eligible to claim 1 CLE point in the Substantive Law or Practice Management stream.

Please register at the following link as there are limited places available: NSW Branch - CLE - PEXA Transactions
Attendees should join AALA at Join the AALA
