The NSW Branch of the AALA is pleased to host another CLE at Frederick Jordan Chambers. This CLE will explore how to act for start up companies and the ways in which start up companies work, and may be used for 1 point in the "Practice Management / Legal Skills" stream.

As this CLE is one of the required "streams" in the Law Society's and Bar Association's CLE requirements, all lawyers are encouraged to attend.

Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. Practising lawyers will be able to claim the speech for 1 CLE point in the Practice Management / Legal Skills stream.

This event is part of the NSW Branch's CLE March Madness, with CLE events on the following days:

  • 9 March 2020 - "Introduction to Legal Framework of International Commercial Arbitration"
  • 18 March 2020 - "Cultural Sensitivity with Asian Clients and Witnesses"
  • 23 March 2020 - "Enforcing Foreign Judgments in Mainland China"
