The Victorian Committee of the AALA is pleased to collaborate with Melbourne Yoga and Pilates to host a FREE yoga workshop.
If you are interested in improving your health in 2023, join us for an Evening of Wellness.
During this workshop, you'll learn how to use yoga as a tool to manage stress, improve focus, and enhance your overall wellbeing. Led by Wynter Chan, an experienced yoga instructor, you'll practice a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques that are specifically tailored to address the common physical and mental challenges faced by lawyers.
This workshop is open to lawyers of all levels of yoga experience, including those who have never tried yoga before. Melbourne Yoga and Pilates creates a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and deepen your skills without judgement.
Here's what you can expect:
· Gentle yoga sequences to release tension and increase flexibility
· Mindfulness practices to quiet your mind and reduce stress
· Breathing exercises to improve focus and concentration
· Guided meditation to promote relaxation and mental clarity
· Tips and tools for integrating yoga into your daily routine
